I love shopping for clearance the day after a holiday. Here is Puddin examining her new post valentine buddy.It reminded me of this picture...the day Pud got a brother.
Fortunately, Gus' guts didn't end up all over the living room floor. Mr. Valentine was not so lucky.

We buy cute toys and then I won't give them to the boys because they'll rip them to shreds. That's why I'm so pleased to have recently found some VERY durable squeaky toys. Still squeaking after several months of 10 minute a day use by two Jack Russells. Puddin's little Valentine buddy is one of the "too cute for the dogs" toys.

Frisky is also a stuffed toy destroyer. Glad my kids are mostly past the stuffed-animal stage or there would be plenty of tears over that, I'm sure ;) How cute to see the two pics together - baby Gus really wasn't much bigger than the toy!
